Deputy Patient Safety Manager

The Patient Safety workstream sits within the Trust's Clinical Governance Team. The team is required to set the strategic direction for patient safety. This includes delivering reactive and proactive aspects of patient safety improvement work including education and training, to enable and support front line staff to keep patients and staff safe.
