Job Description As a People Systems, Data & Reporting Lead (FTC) , you will take strategic ownership of our people systems and data, ensuring they support a modern, efficient and compliant colleague lifecycle across the business. You’ll lead the optimisation of platforms, integrations and reporting, working closely with People, Technology and Operations teams to improve colleague and manager experience.
